Eat healthy, stay healthy.
Patients at BVHC can arrange to meet with a registered dietitian to understand and explore their unique nutritional needs. An appointment can address your nutrition-related concerns such as healthy weight management, disordered eating or eating disorders, high blood cholesterol, and digestive problems. The goal is to help you thrive, help you find your healthy weight through a health-centered approach to eating, or answer your questions about general nutrition.
A nutrition consultation involves a thorough diet assessment, an evaluation of your nutritional status, and goal setting to help you change your nutrition behavior. Follow-up appointments are available since most consultations take one to three visits.
Scheduling a nutrition appointment is easy, and a referral is not required. If you have medical concerns, please consider scheduling an appointment with your primary care provider before scheduling an appointment with the nutritionist.
